Thank you to everyone who has so generously donated to our Annual Fund 2023 Parent Appeal; we are at 85% of our goal! We are humbled and grateful for your ongoing support.

Tomorrow is the final day of our three-week appeal, and we are still hoping for 100% participation. You can turn your pledge card in at the school office tomorrow or donate directly online at https://www.spc-school.net/giving/annual-fund

PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES (see an email from this week for directions)

The second-trimester Parent-Teacher Conferences have been scheduled for Thursday, 3/9/2023, from 7:30 am - 3:30 pm and Friday, 3/10/2023, from 7:30 am - 3:30 pm. The format for conferences will be 10 minutes for students in Grades Four through Eight and 15 minutes for students in Grades Preschool through Third.

Parents will use the online scheduling program, Pick-A-Time, to schedule conferences. To schedule a conference, you will need to utilize the Pick-A-Time website and select your own conference times. We ask every parent to access Pick-A-Time to schedule a conference with your child’s teachers between Wednesday, March 1, 2023 (starting at 8:00 am) and Wednesday, March 8, 2023 (ending at 5:00 pm). 

PICK A TIME WILL CLOSE ON WEDNESDAY, MARCH 8, at 5:00 pm.


ROUNDBALL WEEK!
Everyone’s favorite week is upon us! Roundball Week 2023! Practices start on Saturday, and games start Sunday. For those unfamiliar with Roundball, it is a week-long SPC March Madness tournament where 6th-8th graders are placed on teams coached by SPC Alumni! The gym is packed, the concessions are abundant, and the school spirit is out of this world!

Check out these great after-school activities that take place at SPC! Our creative staff has created some unique and fun-filled after-school clubs (these are classes in addition to after-school activities provided by other outside vendors). Please sign up soon, as spots are limited. Spring Clubs begin the week of March 13 - June 2 (four weeks before spring break and seven weeks following spring break). Once you have submitted the registration form and payment, changes cannot be made, and refunds will not be issued.

Every year during tax season, our business office receives questions on how to find the tuition and fees payment summary in FACTS. Here it is:

A. This report will show the total paid for each of the accounts (i.e. Tuition, Extended Day Care, Technology, Book fees, etc.). Parents can select a year or a date range for this summary. This will also include the Schools Federal Tax ID and address. Please see directions below.

Men's Club 

March madness mens club

Tavern on the Point 6724 N Northwest Hwy, Chicago

It is that time of year again, brothers! March Madness 2023. This year's event will be held at Tavern on the Point on March 16th beginning at 6:00 pm. For $25 per person, our members will receive quality appetizers (sliders, meatballs, calamari and more) a drink ticket, and brotherhood.

Lastly, one of the goals for the Men's Club in 2023 is to grow enrollment in our highly desired Club. Please grab a buddy and use this event as an entree for a new member. Let's let others see everything the Men's Club represents - camaraderie, service, faith, tomfoolery, etc.
