Once received and verified to be in the condition specified, refund is only of the item value minus 15% restocking fee (not including initial shipping). These are the best sticks ever! Our dogs chew and slobber all over these for sometimes an hour at a time. They like the “give” texture when they chew it. Imagine an indestructible, gummy bear!
