The St. Paul of the Cross Choir now comprises 60 students. Thanks to the efforts of Mrs. Bennett and our fine, fine student voices, our choir will be featured on December 14 th during the noon music hour at Daley Plaza. Mrs. Bennett has asked that Mr. Lombardo and some members of the band to also participate.

Last week, Mrs. Rosanne Dulski and Mrs. Noreen Gayford were invited guests at the Illinois Fatherhood Initiative Luncheon in honor of the winners of the Ricky Birdsong Award. St. Paul of the Cross students have participated in the Fatherhood Essay contest and for the past two years have been one of the top 100 schools in Illinois that enter the contest.

Mrs. Charlene Widmaier and Mrs. Christine Stypka have been accepted into the professional Development Workshop Series at the Museum of Science and industry. All participants will attend and participate in five sessions at the Museum, participate in various program activities and then share and collaborate with teachers at our school.
