On February 12, the 8th graders had a Social with their 2nd grade prayer partners. All the students enjoyed playing board games together.

Grant, Curt, Brendan and Tim are working creatively in religion class at saint reports using the lap tops, developing a shopping list for humanity, and a communication globe challenges students to supply knowledge about their classmates. All these activities help us interact with each other while helping us to also reflect on our spiritual journeys.

In a beautiful ceremony at the church, 8th Graders celebrated the sacrament of Confirmation the first weekend in February. Congratulations to all 8th graders!

Students of St. Paul of the Cross Catechesis program joined the 8th graders from St. Paul of the Cross School for a Confirmation retreat at Techny Towers on December 7, 2009.  Friar John Paul was joined by parish priests in preparing a time of prayer, reconciliation, and spirit-filled activities for the day.
