Teaching Experience

I have been teaching for over 35 years, taking occasional breaks to parent my five children. I have taught all primary grades from Preschool through Fourth Grade and taught a college class one year. I wrote, directed and coordinated the Preschool Religion Program at Mary, Seat of Wisdom Parish for 20 years. I am beginning my twenty-third year at St. Paul of the Cross School. 

 Additional Responsibilities at SPC

I coordinate many outreach/fund-raising activities throughout the year such as raising money to pay for the buses needed for St. Paul of the Cross children to meet with Epiphany School children, coordinating the warm clothing drive in November, coordinating gifts for Epiphany School and the Toy Shower for St. Thomas of Canterbury School at Christmastime and other charitable activities. I serve on the St. Paul of the Cross Calendar and Green Team Committees.

I am in my fifth year of teaching First Grade here at St. Paul of the Cross.  Prior to teaching First Grade, I taught Kindergarten at St. Thecla School in Chicago.
