Frequently Asked Questions about the Benefit

When and where is the event?

The Celebrating the Spirit benefit will be held on March 27, 2010 at Park Ridge Country Club. Join us on March 27, 2010 for a fun-filled evening with a silent auction, cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and dancing. 

When did it start?

The first benefit was held in March 2009.

Who receives the proceeds of the event?

This benefit is sponsored by our Home and School Association. The proceeds from the event will support school funding towards new Social Studies textbooks for grades K-8^th.  In the event we are able to purchase the books with a surplus, the remainder will be used to replace worn or old classroom furniture.

How can I help?

*              Attend a Kick-Off Social – Watch for your e-vite to your grade’s social.  Contact Chris Minasian with questions or volunteer opportunities.

*              Purchase and/or Sell School Calendars – Contact Aileen or Kelly to volunteer.  Calendars will be available for sale outside of Church in the near future or purchase by form available in Thursday envelopes or on the website.

*              Take out a Business or Personal Page in our Well Wishes Book – Contact Drew Gallasini or Eilis Krick for more information.

 *             Join our “Buy-a-Book Club” – contact Aileen or Kelly for more information.

*              Volunteer to join a committee – many opportunities still available – contact Aileen or Kelly.
